Cancellation Policy
Cancellation/Late policy
BOOKING/DEPOSIT POLICY
A credit card AND deposit is required to book an appointment online. Once an appointment has been booked a non-refundable deposit of $25 must be made within 48 hours in order for the appointment to be confirmed. If the appointment is not confirmed you will NOT be seen. The deposit can be submitted via Cash App, PayPal or Zelle. My cash app is $LashesbyNic (Nicole Johnson) and my PayPal email is Nic.lashes@gmail.com
To ensure that my clients and I are given the proper time and respect in making appointments the following policy is put into place in regards to cancelling, rescheduling and/or editing your appointment
24 hour notice is REQUIRED for any cancellations, reschedules and/or edits to your appointment
If you need to reschedule/edit your appointment click on the link you received via text and/or email. Please be aware that if you reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours of your original, scheduled appointment your deposit will be forfeited and in order to rebook another deposit will be required. If changes are made before 24 hours your deposit will be transferred for up to 30 days.
If you reschedule/cancel before 24 hours your deposit will be transferred to any date within 30 days. If you reschedule after 24 hours your deposit will be forfeited and you will be required to pay another deposit in order to rebook.
No call/No shows will be charged 50% of the booked service AND you will be blocked and will not be able to rebook.
LATE POLICY
I understand certain factors occur but in order to be fair to everyone involved including your lash tech, you and/or other clients the following late policy will be enforced:
* Please keep in contact. Let me know what is going on so that I can let you know what your options are. If there is no other appointment directly after you I may be able to accommodate you within that grace-period with no penalty. Keep in mind each appointment is scheduled for a specific time frame. You will only get the time remaining for your blocked appointment time. If I have not heard from you by that 15 min grace period you will be considered a “no call/no show.”
* If you arrive after the 15 min grace period I will ask you to reschedule. You will be charged 50% of your services which is non-refundable and non-transferable.
